The main responsibilities of the position
- Support our clients in the analysis of needs in order to set up the functional processes through the Odoo solution: for this, we must understand the business, analyze, advise and grow the tool with the company through an iterative approach .
- Analyze business and functional processes according to business elements, needs and specifications;
- Perform a technical analysis to set up the process in Odoo, while respecting best practices
- Produce high quality functional and technical specifications;
- Support the implementation and integration (configuration, development, tests, quality assurance), together with the development team
- Support clients in leading change through various elements including communication and training;
- Follow the key indicators of project management and be rigorous in monitoring;
- Participate in internal management and improvement meetings;
- Be able to design documentation and facilitate individual and group training sessions
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
