Support our customers in the analysis of needs in order to set up functional processes through the Odoo solution: for this, it is necessary to understand the business, analyze, advise and grow the tool with the company through an iterative approach.
Analyze business processes and functional processes according to business elements, needs and specifications;
Perform a technical analysis to set up the process in Odoo, while respecting best practices
Produce high quality functional and technical specifications;
Support implementation and integration (parameterization, development, testing, quality assurance), together with the development team
Support clients in change management through various elements including communication and training;
Monitor key project management indicators and be rigorous in monitoring;
Participate in internal management and improvement meetings;
Be able to design documentation and lead individual and group training sessions

Must Hav
- University degree - software engineering, management or finance;
- At least 3 years of experience in a functional analyst
- Bilingual in Arabic and English;
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
